Sound Idea Digital produced three training videos for Rand Mutual Assurance, the administrator of choice for occupational injuries and diseases as well as for non-work related health and insurance benefits for the mining and other related industry sectors.

Respectively the videos would be used during information briefings for employers and medical service providers.

The first video focused on giving employers a general overview of RMA; what it offers to companies and their employees, as well as the general overview of the conditions under which claims can be made. The second video reviewed RMA’s claims cycle, what procedures are followed and in which order claims are processed by the assurance provider.

The third video gives health care providers insight into the claims process on RMA’s side, while providing information on procedures to be followed by the health care provider.

Each video makes use of still images, visual aids and video footage, while displaying important information on the screen. These aspects make the videos very visually stimulating, making the absorption of information easy for the viewer.
